NT-CC1 Nautilus Smith Machine

The NT-CC1 nautilus smith machine combines the functions of a cable crossover system along with the tradition smith machines. This unique combination allows you to perform a greater variety of exercises compared to a tradition smith machine home gym.

This nautilus home exercise equipment also comes with an adjustable weight bench (incline, decline and flat position), a built in chin-up bar and many cable attachments to use with the cable crossovers, such as rope, handles, and ankle cuffs.

Just like any other smith machine, this nautilus home gym is a plate loaded machine, requiring you to add weight plates in order to adjust the load when you exercise.
